Baked Salmon
Ingredients
Fresh salmon filets (allow about 1 per person)
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 lemons
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Fresh cilantro for garnishing
Directions
Preheat stove to 375 degrees

Wash & position salmon filets epidermis side down into strong rectangle-shaped cooking dish
Mix 1/3 cup lemon juice with the juice of one of the lemons; add combination over salmon filets in cooking dish
Season each salmon filet with sodium, spice up, garlic cloves powdered, and French preparing to taste
Cut the second lemon in 50 percent, cut one 50 percent of lemon into pieces and position pieces on top of salmon filets
(The second 50 percent of this lemon will be chopped and placed on salmon after it’s done)
Bake salmon filets for 15-25 minutes based on the thickness
After cooking, position filets on offering plate and position pieces from the second 50 percent of the lemon on top
Garnish filets with cilantro
